Policy of ELECTRONIC INVENTORY ONLINE, INC. (“us,” “we,” or
“Company”), the owner and provider of EIO.COM (the “Site”).
By visiting the Site and/or placing an order for products and/or services,
you are expressly accepting the Store Policy described herein.

Reservations
We reserve the right to refuse and/or suspend access
and/or service to the Site to anyone for any reasons.

Order Cancellation
If you place an order with us through the Site,
your order can be cancelled at any time prior to us processing your
order without being charged a cancellation fee. Orders which have been
or are being processed may be cancelled, however, you may incur a cancellation
fee of up to 15% of the purchase price of the merchandise being cancelled,
which will be charged to your credit card. Cancellation requests can
take up to 24 hour to finalize, unless the order has already shipped,
in which the merchandise would then have to be returned in accordance
with our Returns Policy. Please review our Returns Policy for more information.
Your credit card will not be charged for any funds over the grand total
order amount, unless we have received your prior confirmation to allow
us to charge any additional funds if necessary.
3. Currency Type / Exchange Rates
All prices are shown and billed
in U.S. dollars. Due to the daily change in currency rates, we will
not be held responsible for any conversion/exchange rates or currency
amount differences in rate changes that may affect your purchase of
goods and services through our Site.

International Shipping
International customers ordering from this
Site will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes or any other
fees or taxes associated with the delivery of their ordered merchandise.
5.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipping
service requested by the customer has been rendered by the shipping
company. Please take this into consideration prior to placing your order
on this Site.
6.
Back-Orders
Back-ordered item(s) will be kept on order unless the
customer has requested for it to be canceled. There will be no cancellation
fees on items which are on back-order, but cancelled prior to processing,
if any.
7.
Shipment Redirections
Shipment redirections are only available
for orders using FedEx shipping services at this time. Upon request
of a shipment redirection, your account and/or credit card will be charged
a fee of $5.00, which is the amount currently charged by the shipping
provider.
8.
Final Sale Items
We will notify you of a product that is a "Final
Sale Item" via our Site next to the 'Add to Cart' button (shown
on the details/order page). Irrespective of circumstances, each item(s)
that is advertised as a "Final Sale Item" may not be cancelled,
returned or re-scheduled without our prior written consent.

Product / Quantity Availability
The availability of product(s)/quantity(ies) advertised on the Site
is not guaranteed. Merchandise will be sold to our customers on a first
come first serve basis and pending purchases or returns may not be immediately
reflected on the Site.

Product Ratings
We are in no way responsible for any information
submitted by our user(s) with respect to our products or services. This
information, which includes reviews and ratings, is available for informational
purposes only and shall not be construed as any guarantee, assurance
or opinion of the Company. Any reliance on this information by you is
solely at your own risk and the Company assumes liability to you or
any third party resulting therefrom.

Free Shipping Available
Item(s) which are advertised as "Free
Shipping Available" will be shipped via the Ground method of our
choice and cannot be credited towards another shipping method. Ordering
an item advertised as "Free Shipping Available" with other
item(s) which are not advertised as "Free Shipping Available",
will not deduct the entire shipping fee for that order, but the item(s)
which are only advertised as "Free Shipping Availab
