Velleman VM8201 Stand-Alone Controller for 3D Printer

The Velleman VM8201 allows you to control your K8200 3D printer without having to hook up to a PC. You are able to untether your printer from your computer and let it print on its own. The VM8201 is fully assembled–but you still need to solder the connector on the board. The VM8201 gets its power from the driver board. It prints .GCODE files saved on a regular SD-card (SD card not included). For slicing and saving to an SD-card, you will still need a PC. If you need an enclosure, you can download the enclosure (view downloads tab) and print it in any color. With the 4 x 20 character back lit display, it's easy to read the monitor and the status of your print. Also control the temperature of the extruder and print bed.
