Crimp and disconnect easily with the 3M Scotchlok Color-Coded Standard Female Disconnect Terminal. This terminal is made of brass with a tin-plated finish, so it's highly conductive and non-corrosive. Its dents and rolled edges hold the terminal snug in place, but it disconnects quickly when needed. It handles well in extreme temperatures of -40 to 221 degrees F (-40 to 105 degrees C).3M™ Scotchlok™ Vinyl Insulated Butted Seam Female Disconnect attaches to the mating part with a tongue that slips over the male tab. It has a butted-seam barrel that is covered by a funnel-designed, rigid-molded, polyvinyl chloride sleeve which serves to guide the wire into position. The polyvinyl chloride sleeve provides electrical contacts and mechanical stress relief at the point of insulation. The vinyl-sleeve insulation is abrasion-resistant and flared to ensure easy crimping. UL Listed, CSA Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
