Heritage Cutlery began in 1952 as Expert Cutlery making 28 styles of scissors and shears including barber shears and electricians shears. They were acquired by Klein Tools in 2007 and rebranded as Klein Heritage Cutlery where they continue the 50 years of American made quality.
