Klein Tools D213-9NE-INS 9" Insulated High Leverage Side-Cutting Pliers

The Klein D213-9NE-INS is a pair of insulated high-leverage side-cutting pliers. Klein insulated tools exceed the IEC 60900 and AS F1505 standards for insulated tools and are clearly marked with the official 1000-Volt rating symbol. These pliers are made of custom US-made tool steel and have two layers of insulation that provide protection from electric shock. These pliers have integral guards that help prevent hand contact with conductive parts. They are individually tested to exceed standards and have a streamlined design with sure-gripping, cross-hatched knurled jaws.

Heavy duty linesman pliers protects against electrical hazards up to 1,000 volts in compliance with common safety standards, two layers of insulation in most models, three layers as noted.
