Its black powder-coated, corrosion-resistant head is made from alloyed PICARD special steel, carefully hardened and tempered. The ground face with chamfered edges ensures efficient striking, while the head-to-shaft connection is reinforced with 2-component adhesives for maximum stability. Equipped with a 3-component plastic handle featuring an inner fibreglass core, it delivers low vibration and comfortable handling. The rubberised grip enhances control, and the sledge conforms to DIN 6475 standards, making it ideal for demanding mining and heavy-duty work.
