Description
Fix Service MANOSKOP torque wrench designed for work on assembly lines or repetitive production tasks, featuring a clicking type mechanism with dual stop signal. The adjustment knob can be unscrewed after setting the desired torque value to prevent subsequent changes, while the included TORX® Tamper Resistant locking screw and self-adhesive seals provide additional protection against tampering, with no adjustment possible without breaking the seal. No reset to “0” is required, as the measuring element is only under load when force is applied. It offers fast, precise QuickSelect adjustment, a dual scale in N·m/ft·lb, a mount for interchangeable insert tools, and a QuickRelease safety lock. The clicking mechanism is insensitive to continuous loads and counter-loads up to the maximum measurement range, and counter-clockwise tightening is achieved by turning the insert tools over. It allows optimal calibration with perfectControl® calibration systems No. 7794 or calibration systems No. 7706, 7791, and easy adjustment without disassembly via two external adjustment screws. Equipped with a 2-component handle, supplied in a sturdy plastic box (sizes 80–100 in sheet steel box), and delivered with a calibration certificate in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017.
