The heavy-wall tubing isn't just flexible; it's also flame-retardant due to the sturdy abrasion-resistant polyolefin construction and has a thermoplastic sealant to keep moisture out. Corrosion isn't a concern with this sleeve because it's designed to resist chemicals.3M™ Heat Shrink Cable Sleeve HDT is a s split resistant sleeve that offers reliable performance for electrical splices, connections and terminations. The factory applied, heat activated, thermoplastic sealant acts as a barrier against adverse environmental conditions. It is fast shrinking for easy handling and installation while maintaining maximum operating reliability and system protection. It withstands temperatures of 67 to 230 degrees F ( 55 to 110 degrees C). SAE AS23053/15, Class 1 Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
