This knife carrier is sewn of durable premium waxed canvas that resists cuts and punctures from stored knives for added safety when transporting a loaded roll. The inside of the roll features 8 (Medium) or 10 (Large) pockets to hold knives of various sizes and each can accommodate handles of up to 2-inches in diameter. Three additional 1-inch leather sleeve pockets provide additional storage for smaller utensils. A removable zipper secured pocket on the inside allows you to keep additional supplies like honing stones or small spice packets nearby and on hand when they're needed. A waxed canvas flap on the interior covers stored knives to keep them securely in place when rolled as well as helps to protect your fingers and hands from sharp blade edges when rolling and unrolling the organizer.
