Description
Scotch-Brite Roloc Clean and Finish Disc combines conformable material and abrasive mineral to effectively clean, and finish surfaces on a wide variety materials such as aluminum, stainless steel and plastics, producing a clean, consistent finish without undercutting or damaging the base material.Recommended Applications
Our Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Clean and Finish Disc gets into hard-to-reach areas and also works for scuffing applications. These discs are flexible, making them effective for getting into hard-to-reach areas and producing uniform finishes. The abrasive mineral effectively finishes, cleans metals, and is an effective abrasive tool for scuffing, and light corrosion removal. The disc resists loading to continuously provide consistent conditioning properties throughout the life of the product.
Roloc™ Disc for Swift Tool Attachment
One of the best benefits of this disc is its Roloc™ attachment system. Available in TR or TS attachment types, the discs attach to a Roloc™ backup pad (sold separately) with a simple ½ turn. Conversely, the disc is easily disengaged with a ½ turn. The backup pad attaches to your disc grinder or grinder. We engineered the Roloc™ attachments to make disc to tool attachment swift and easy, thereby enhancing your productivity and throughput.
The Many Benefits of Open Web Abrasives
Scotch-Brite™ industrial abrasives are unique surface conditioning products with mineral incorporated into non-woven nylon or synthetic fibers. Combining mineral with the fibers creates an abrasive system that delivers consistent results for the life of the product. The open-web material load resistant, which keeps the minerals cutting at high performance by limiting clogging of the fibers and yields consistent results – part after part.
